ISB Global was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in London. We have offices in South Africa, Pakistan, and North America, with a great team also working in Portugal. ISB is proud to be very multi-cultural and ‘Global’ in its thinking and approach.
ISB Global currently has currently over 110 team in these respective locations. Predominantly permanent staff, but a range of contractors to support project requirements.

What do we do?
ISB Global is a software development and consulting house, offering the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software.
ISB has three key pillars in its business, OutSystems, SAP, and AWS (Amazon Webservices). We are partners, and resellers and offer services in each.
Responsibilities:
Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the
technical solutions being implemented.
Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key
role in implementations from Blueprint to Go-Live.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the
life cycle of SAP implementation.
Unit Testing, Integration Testing.
User Support activities.
Exposure to Activate and other structured implementation methodologies.
Role Requirements:
Time zone alignment - to flex hours so half of the US day is covered (EST)
Skills Requirements:
Strong hands-on SAP SDI resource with at least 4+ years of experience in SDI.
Should have experience in handling large volumes using SDI
Should be well-versed in design, development, and implementation with SAP and non-SAP
remote sources.
Should have experience working with various remote source adapters like File, Hana, ABAP,
SFTP, Excel, and Oracle.
Experience in data migration to SAP S/4HANA using SAP SDI.
Experience in error handling and reprocessing mechanisms in SDI.
Expertise to create flowgraphs, remote sources, replication tasks, and Jobs.
Expertise in creating stored procedures.
End-to-end implementation experience with at least two full life cycle implementations is a
must.
Strong SQL/Java Script programming skills.
Performance Tuning and Optimization experience.
Experience with Hana Studio.
Education Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Nice to have:
Experience in developing SQL scripted views in SAP HANA.
SAP HANA views design, development and implementation experience.
Experience in any other ETL tool like BODS, CI-DS, SLT.
Knowledge / Experience in any SAP NetWeaver Components.
