What do we do?

ISB Global is a software development and consulting house, offering the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software.

ISB has three key pillars in its business, OutSystems, SAP, and AWS (Amazon Webservices). We are partners, and resellers and offer services in each.

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with a background in system implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in linking business processes to new systems and managing change with end users. They will act as a liaison between the business and the Support/Project Team, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful delivery of assigned project(s)
  • An understanding of an ERP business solutions as a Project Manager
  • Experience of overseeing at least one Project Manager from a third party
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Steering Team, Project Sponsor, and Project Team by building cooperative, constructive, effective relationships
  • Oversee and/or obtains defined approvals for all project deliverables
  • Ensuring all quality processes and guidelines are followed
  • Creation and day-to-day management of the project plan and schedule, include running daily stand ups for all teams
  • Management of project scope
  • Communication of variance within the project budget/schedule/scope
  • Issue/Risk Management
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for all project issues, risks and changes
  • Coordinate Business Process Leads and Subject Matter Experts and serve as the project team leader
  • Facilitates conflict resolution within the team, escalating when needed
  • Establish clear expectations regarding status reporting, team communication and deliverable management
  • Manage and provide oversight on project tasks
  • Aid in the review of all functional and technical specifications
  • Monitor, manage and report performance of all project team activities to all levels of the organization
  • Responsible for facilitating and management client project resources
  • Close working relationship with the ISB Executive team, to ensure successful project delivery

Role Requirements:

  • Ideally onsite at client, or regular travel to the client sites

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience of full project lifecycle implementations
  • Must have led the successful implementation of multiple large scale software implementation projects
  • Leading and managing large teams
  • Co-ordinating and managing various key stakeholders and relationships
  • At least 12 years business, technical and project management working experience

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMI, PMP) / Prince 2 Certification
