ISB Global is a software development and consulting house, offering the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software.

ISB has three key pillars in its business, OutSystems, SAP, and AWS (Amazon Webservices). We are partners, and resellers and offer services in each.

 Responsibilities:

  • As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating change management strategies to align with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement plans to effectively manage change, leading and coordinating change management activities across the organization.

  • The role will involve coaching and mentoring staff through the change process, monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees, and providing expert advice on handling change within the organization.

  • Responsible for communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in.

  • Additionally, develop training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change and evaluate the success of change management initiatives.

Skills and qualification:

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of organizational development and change theory, along with excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.

  • They should be able to effectively deal with stakeholders and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.

  • The ability to operate changes independently and as part of a group is essential, as is a comprehensive knowledge of business management principles, procedures, and systems.

  • Proficiency in using advanced tools and software, such as project management software, to manage change processes is required.

  • The candidate should also have expertise in influencing others to support change, be able to organize multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and ensure that changes are accomplished on time and within budget.
