What do we do?

ISB Global is a software development and consulting house, offering the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software.

ISB has three key pillars in its business, OutSystems, SAP, and AWS (Amazon Webservices). We are partners, and resellers and offer services in each.

Responsibilities:

  • Experienced Finance professional with system implementation experience

  • Business focussed linking processes to new system and helping to manage the change with the end users

  • Liaison between the business on the ground and the Support / Project Team

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the SAP team to ensure a seamless working environment across all locations.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify SAP solutions that optimize efficiency in Finance and Controlling processes, as well as integration with other business processes and SAP modules.

  • Provide end-user support for SAP Finance, including answering questions, addressing tickets, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and assist other SAP project team members in executing FICO and cross-functional projects.

  • Drive lean and continuous improvements to the system by facilitating integration with end users.

  • Act as the primary contact for production support, coordinating with the AMS FICO team and supporting SAP Finance users

  • Perform routine SAP team member tasks, including testing new or changed SAP FICO functionality and creating and maintaining SAP training documentation.

  • Conduct training on defined finance business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in an SAP environment.

  • Experience with SAP FIORI is preferred.

  • IT experience and SAP implementation experience are advantageous.

  • Experience with S4 HANA is preferred.

  • Knowledge of financial business processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work and think cross-functionally.

  • Experience in data migration, asset management, and various finance functions (AP, AR, GL, Banking).
